About Coach

Meet Stephanie, a dedicated administrative professional with a dynamic lifestyle that balances work, fitness, and family. With several years of experience in administrative roles, Stephanie brings a wealth of organizational skills, efficiency, and a keen attention to detail to her workplace.

January 2015 was the start of a new adventure for Stephanie. It was time to take care of herself. Her husband had been attending CrossFit classes since September and she watched all of the amazing changes in him physically. Then he received an email about a new class starting in January called Driven Fitness and encouraged her to try it. As soon as she started attending classes she was hooked! It was hard at first but she did not let that discourage her. She continued to go every week and notice that every week she kept getting stronger.  She was amazed at the amount of encouragement and support that she got from her coach and the people in class.

While attending classes, the gym started the I Am CrossFit Challenge. She said this was not a challenge but a lifestyle change. The challenge was for 8 weeks and in that time she made big changes in her food habits.  At first, she thought she was not going to be able to stick with it. As the weeks went by it became easier to make good food choices. When the challenge was over she was amazed by the results. She was glad she decided to turn her life around while setting a good example for her children. Finding CrossFit has been a great experience for me and my family.

Outside of work and the gym, Stephanie loves baking and making cocktails. She is known for her delectable desserts and creative cocktails. Her family, including her supportive husband, Rob, and their two children, Cameron (23) and Haley (18), often enjoy her latest culinary masterpieces.
